TAIB

from ONE WORLD by Anello Capuano

/

about

Taïb, based on the Indian Raag Charukeshi, features the Indian Sitar, Soprano and Alto Sax, the Jaw's Harp, a wide range of world percussion and Sufi inspired vocals in Moroccan language, on a backdrop of original electronic percussion loops and synth.
It is the mystical, uplifting track of the album, progressing in medium tempo, growing in intensity until it quieten down and slowly dissolves into appeasing stillness.
