about

A tune in the style of folk North Indian Music. It opens with a prelude played ad lib by the flute bansuri leading to a lively rhythm played by the popular drums Tabla and Dholak accompanying several melodic licks played in turn on various folk and classical string and wind Indian instruments. Included a section with Bol-s or drumming syllabic patterns, spoken traditionally by the percussionist as part of a live performance.
